Upon delivery, I was so happy to see that the persons who were delivering the bed were so kind and well spoken. They put me at ease with my concern about the bed even getting up my stairs, around the tight corner, and into the bedroom.  You did say that the guys were use to tight areas.  They quickly put it together and then showed me how to unfold it as well.  They were great!  Oh, and Greg, You were great to me when you first picked up the phone and said, Sleepworks......this is Greg.  You have such a soothing voice.  Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, for making my experience so wonderful and standing by your products.

I just loved this place, I was visiting my sister and she recommended I come here. Everyone is so friendly and nobody attacked me when i walked in the door!!! I wanted a mattress that was safe and chemical free and boy these guys know their stuff. The store is so beautiful, warm and cozy. Great service, great guys, they are really knowledgeable and very nice. They know everything about layex and organic mattresses, I shopped all the city and found them to be most honest and they know their stuff. I tried the Natura and Latex Bliss but settled on the Naturepedic. They were all very comfortable but I liked the Quartet best. I really felt secure buying here, the place is AMAZING! No commercial signs, looks and feel like a chalet with some of the best decorating for a store. You have to at least visit this place, calm and no pressure and the guys there are just fabulous!
